Little Soldiers of God

Little Soldiers of God is the caring name and of deep meaning that the late proclaimer of the Religion of God, of the Christ and the Holy Spirit, Alziro Zarur (1914-1979), created to homage the children since the beginning of the Legion of Good Will. "To mold during childhood the Universalism of Jesus’ love is what we seek to do”, he defined. Thus, this formation with Ecumenical Spirituality has been passing from generation to generation, providing good results and great joy to the families and to society through the Aulas de Moral Ecumênica – AMEs - (L.O.V.E.S. - Living On Values and Ecumenical Spirituality classes) and International Forums, in order to develop in them critical sense about daily issues. As the President of the Institutions of Good Will, José de Paiva Netto, affirms: "Whoever thinks children are foolish, is the foolish one”.

It is where the Little Soldiers of God, from the ages of 3 to 10, gather every Saturday at the Ecumenical Churches of the Religion of God, the ecumenical religion of Brazil and the world, to study the teachings brought by Jesus, the Ecumenical Christ. The activities include stories, songs, competitions, games, arts and crafts and chats about themes that involves the everyday life of everyone.

International Forum of the Little Soldiers of God

Created by the President of the Institutions of Good Will, the Forum has as objective to encourage child leadership and awaken in them the way of living of the ethical, moral and spiritual values, therefore universal. "We have to show that the young ones’ way of thinking gives us the perspective of a better world (…). You (children) have the power before God. You are the newest, newest generation. So, we want you in this special forum, which will be a great festival, but to discuss about themes that are worrying the children. The proposal of the Forum, since its first edition in 2004, is to be a space where children can reflect about the daily problems and difficulties, discuss about them and search for solutions. In this meeting, the boys and girls themselves work on the topics, under the supervision of the educators, through pedagogical games and activities, such as workshops, panels, drama plays, storytelling, exhibitions, competitions, research and group dynamics, in all the schools and socioeducational programs of the LBV and in the Living On Values and Ecumenical Spirituality classes, carried out by the Religion of God.
